I like to share my free time with my thoughts.
I don't know how many people will identify with me on this but truly it's the most wonderful experience. Try this:
- Sit comfortably in a chair with your back straight and close to the chair, your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Breathe gently in and out, and all this time concentrate on God, whatever he is to you.
- As you breathe in, think of all the good things that make life worthwhile (not selfish gains of course)
- Then as you breathe out, think of how all the stress, pain, sadness, and all negativities are expelled with your breath.
Do this for about 10 minutes continuously.
- By now, you should feel some relief and calmness within you otherwise your concentration was not intense enough.
This is an amazing practice and it actually helps to keep you active all through the day. The best time to do this exercise is early morning before your day starts. ENJOY! :)
