Just When...

the windows shattered, the door flew open. and guess what? all seemed dim and blur.
i could so easily have changed it but i didnt. oh what did i do wrong?

it's great to admit your faults no matter the circumstance but how do you handle it after that?
some just let it all pass as if it never happened.
others keep it in the deepest recesses of their hearts though they claim to have gotten over it.
whichever way you choose, never let your inactions be a sorry excuse for something that could have been much better.

the things you do not do are sometimes much more hurtful than those you do.
when asking for forgiveness, do not only seek pardon for what you did wrong but also for that which you did not do right.
none on earth is perfect, and no one can guarantee a "sin-free" life. "For all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God." (Romans 3:23)

realising this calls us to a life of humility, tenderness and the greatest duty we have been called to - LOVE.

remember all those circumstances?...
....just when i saw........
....just when i realised.........
....just when it came to me that............
....just when i turned...........

the endings to these phrases could be very severe, such as '.....just when i turned, i slapped her and...........'

don't let anger get the better of you. being inhuman for just a few moments could cost several years of tiresome build-up of integrity, respect and demeanour.

let us change the endings to our "...just when....." stories to more pleasant ones so we can build to perfection, the wonderous temple of God.
AMEN!!
